"As The Light Goes Out" is an emergency rescue game with a modern city as the background. In the game, the player can play the emergency conductor of the police or fire department respectively and carry out various tasks in different cities with the background of reality. Each map is divided into multiple blocks, each of which contains unique buildings and geographic features. So, the player can experience different types of tasks on each map and unit vehicles needed to solve the tasks.
Since the role of the player is the commander of a single department, the corresponding uncontrolled one will be assisted by NPCs to solve the incident.
